Richard Klein has been a corporate real estate professional for over 40 years. For the first decade of his career, Mr. Klein was the leasing director for the two largest landlord/developers in Chicago, Metropolitan Structures and Tishman Speyer Properties. During that time, he was the leasing director for more than 7 million square feet of first-class office space. In addition to office leasing, Mr. Klein was also responsible for 300,000 square feet of retail space at the Illinois Center Development. Mr. Klein’s leasing director responsibilities included One Illinois Center (111 East Wacker Drive, 1 million sf), Two Illinois Center (233 North Michigan Avenue 1 million sf), Three Illinois Center (303 East Wacker Drive, 800,000 sf), 401 North Michigan Avenue (800,000 sf) 225 North Michigan Avenue (1 million sf), 205 North Michigan Avenue (1 million sf), 222 North LaSalle Street (1 million sf), 10 and 120 South Riverside Plaza (800,000 sf each), 547 West Jackson Blvd and Illinois Center Retail (300,000 sf).
Mr. Klein became a Corporate Tenant Advocate for the past 30 years after his ten year stint as a Landlord Leasing Director. He is a national leader in advising tenants for their corporate real estate needs. He has used the experience, knowledge, expertise and extensive network that he gleaned from the landlord side of the table to provide aggressive advocacy for his clients. During his career, Mr. Klein has negotiated more than 1000 leases totaling more than 6 million square feet with a value in excess of $3.5 billion. His clients have included: Kemper Financial Services, Altair Corporation, Commodities Corporation, Radiological Society of North America, KPMG, ESPN and the Illinois Housing Development Corporation, Kindle Communications. Tower Media, Country Financial Insurance and IC Industries.

Mary received her real estate license in 1988, working on a part-time basis before becoming a full-time realtor in 2002. From first time buyers to seniors and all points in between, Mary possesses the knowledge and essential people skills that keep referrals coming her way. Mary loves working with people and finds the most joy in finding clients their next home.
A lifelong Chicagoan, Mary received her BA in Education from the University of Illinois in 1984 before becoming an elementary school teacher. Despite her love for teaching children, Mary decided that she needed a change and moved on to become an office manager at a CPA firm, where she worked until 2002. However, she always knew that there was something else that would satisfy her love of helping people and in 2002 she decided to pursue a full-time career as a realtor. Mary became a realtor on the Northwest side of Chicago.
The results of her career change have been nothing short of amazing. Mary has received recognition for exceptional service, including awards for exceptionally high client satisfaction and excellent sales performance. For the past two years, Mary has been named as one of Chicago’s Top Realtors by Chicago Magazine. In addition, she has her SRES (Senior Real Estate) designation in order to familiarize herself with the unique needs of seniors navigating the Chicagoland real estate landscape.

Yehuda Cohen

Yehuda is a fourth generation Chicagoan who has been involved in Chicago real estate since 1983. He received his B.A. from Brandeis University and his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He has worked with investors, developers, owners and tenants using his financial and strategy background to achieve superior results for his clients. He is the president of the University of Michigan Business School Club of Chicago and is a past president of the Brandeis University Alumni Association. He is a Fellow of Brandeis University. Yehuda has been a guest lecturer at several MBA programs as well as the Northwestern University School of Law. Yehuda was a founding director for the Millennium Park Lofts at 20 N. State in downtown Chicago, and is a former chairperson of the Business Executives Association and a director of Tower Media. From 2001 through 2011, he was appointed by the Supreme Court of Illinois as a public member of the Attorney Regulatory and Disciplinary Commission.
